Hi, I'm Charlotte
I walked away from my corporate law career because I realised I was living in the passenger seat of my own life. On paper, it looked great. But really, I was constantly reacting to what everyone else needed, expected or praised…instead of choosing where I actually wanted to go.

Now, I help women with ADHD break the cycle of planning, over-committing, avoiding and starting over.
Goal-Getter combines a trauma-informed approach with practical support, so you can build a way of following through that doesn't rely on motivation, pressure, or shame to move forward.
I created this program for women who are ready to take the driver’s seat and build a life that actually feels like theirs.

Because this program is entirely built around the reality that your dopamine will drop. We don't rely on rigid planners or toxic positivity. We actively expect you to hit a wall, and when you do, we use your custom Restart Protocol to safely reset your momentum.
Then the bare minimum becomes the exact goal. We actively expect weeks where your capacity drops to zero. If you're in survival mode mid-week, you just send me a message. We will instantly drop the heavy expectations, pivot the plan, and figure out the safest, lowest-demand step to keep the momentum alive without asking for more than you can give.
Not at all. You don't need a perfect plan—that’s exactly what Session 1 is for. You just need a rough idea, a project, or a part of your routine you’re tired of putting off. Whether it’s launching a project, organizing your home, or starting a creative hobby, we’ll define your North Star together so you can start taking action.
Outside of our 1-hour Zoom call, your custom action steps are designed to be entirely low-demand. We break your weekly tasks down to match the exact capacity you have that week, so this never feels like a second full-time job. Your only task is to work out what you enjoy with this program and follow where the dopamine takes you.
No. While I am a registered support worker and Blue Knot trauma-informed practitioner, this is not a clinical environment and I do not provide therapy.
